

Learning Designer | Educator | Researcher

Nanvi Jhala is a passionate learning designer and educator dedicated to nurturing creative thinking in children through hands-on learning, interdisciplinary approaches, and emerging technologies. She earned her Master’s in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she specialized in Learning, Design, Innovation, and Technology (LDIT) in May 2025.

Rooted in Reggio Emilia, Montessori, and inquiry-based pedagogies, Nanvi brings a strong foundation in instructional design, learning science, and child development to her work. She has designed and implemented project-based, play-based, and game-informed curricula that integrate literacy, social-emotional learning (SEL), visual arts, and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics).

Nanvi is experienced in designing and leading professional development programs for educators, aligning curricula with global standards, and supporting teacher capacity-building through creative, inclusive, and evidence-based strategies. She believes in promoting learner agency and cultivating curiosity, critical thinking, and a growth mindset in both students and teachers.
​
Nanvi also brings a visual design lens to her educational work, creating graphics, learning materials, and visual documentation to support cognition and engagement. She is particularly passionate about material exploration, makerspace facilitation, and designing learning experiences that are imaginative, inclusive, and deeply human.
